AR7 is a San Francisco, California-based fintech company which offers a fractional real estate investment platform. This platform enables users to invest in real estate with limited assets, thus redefining the approach to Real Estate Investment (REIT). CONTEXT

The fraction real estate investment involves multiple investors collectively owning shares of a property through online platforms. Investors purchase fractional shares, becoming partial owners entitled to proportional returns, such as rental income and appreciation.
- For example, if a property is divided into 500 shares, and each share is $25. You can purchase shares starting from $25, and earn returns like dividends from the rental and potential appreciation. At the same time, you can also purchase shares of other properties. The platform handles property management tasks, such as leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. This allows you to be a passive investor.
